No Code Salesforce's Strategic Integration with DocuSign

Salesforce and DocuSign recently expanded its footprint of their worldwide strategic relationship to create integrated solutions that will help clients accelerate how agreements are facilitated around the world. With AI-based, smart solutions that improve the customer experience of creating, signing, and managing agreements, promote faster ROI, and increase communication among enterprises with Slack capability, new technologies would streamline the agreement workflow.

Why DocuSign?

DocuSign connects and automates the process of preparing, signing, acting on, and managing agreements for businesses. DocuSign eSignature, the world's #1 way to sign electronically on almost any device, from almost anywhere, at any time, is available as part of the DocuSign Agreement Cloud. DocuSign is a fast and secure way to sign papers and agreements online from almost anywhere in the globe using virtually any device. Using DocuSign is so simple that you'll adopt the paperless system for every documentation.

Why the Partnership?

In an all-digital, work-from-anywhere environment, businesses must maximize efficiency and cooperation. Salesforce and Slack help businesses create their digital headquarters by enhancing employee communication both inside and externally with customers and partners, regardless of where, when, or how they work.

Salesforce's new cooperation with DocuSign will make it easier to produce deals, bids, and invoices, track and enforce contract terms, and efficiently manage the full contract lifecycle management (CLM) process across the DocuSign, Salesforce, and Slack platforms. In Salesforce Customer 360, new applications will be invented collaboratively.

Customers can generate professional, customizable agreements from Salesforce with only a few clicks with DocuSign Gen for Salesforce CPQ Plus. Salesforce can manage and oversee processes, saving customers time, minimizing errors, and speeding up profitability. DocuSign Gen is now available for Salesforce CPQ Plus.

Agreement collaboration with DocuSign and Slack platforms: This connection intends to speed up the overall agreement collaboration process for clients by allowing them to collaborate immediately from Slack. Teams will be notified of agreement progress and action items via work during the reference period, allowing them to evaluate, update, track, and enforce commitments without ever leaving their digital headquarters. DocuSign for Slack eSignature is already available, and DocuSign CLM will be accessible in 2022.

Users will be able to automate Contract Management by tracking, enforcing, and changing critical contract conditions across departments using DocuSign CLM for Salesforce Field Service. Contractual terms and service level agreements (SLAs) can be mapped into Service Cloud contract objects using obligations and terms from DocuSign CLM contracts. This will allow for more autonomous computer service experiences, as well as more efficient service contract execution. In the year 2022, DocuSign CLM for Salesforce Field Service will be available.

Clients can close, bill, and recognize revenue faster with DocuSign Gen for Salesforce Billing, which uses scalable templates to create branded invoices that can be sent directly from Salesforce Billing. Customers can also plan batch invoice generation and delivery or create an invoice on demand, resulting in more timely payments and fewer customer support concerns. DocuSign Gen is now available for Salesforce Invoicing.
