Integration Process
1. Download the latest Salesforce Add-On for Gravity Forms
The Gravity Forms Salesforce Add-On cannot be downloaded without at least one active Gravity Forms license.
Use your credentials to log into your Gravity Forms account.
Go to the Gravity Forms Add-On download page to start the Add-On download process.
The ZIP file can be downloaded by searching for the Gravity Forms Salesforce Add-On.
Do not unzip the file because you must upload it in ZIP format to complete the installation process.
2. Putting in place the Salesforce Add-On
Installing the Gravity Forms Salesforce Add-On is the next step after downloading it.
Enter the WordPress administration dashboard.
On the admin menu's left side, select "Plugins".
On the "Add New" button, click.
At the top of this page, select "Upload Plugin."
The Add-On ZIP file you downloaded in the previous step should be selected by clicking "Choose file" after that.
Select "Install Now" from the menu.
Your Gravity Forms Salesforce Add-On will be installed and unpacked by WordPress automatically.
When the installation is complete, activate the plugin by clicking "Activate Plugin."
3. Configure the Salesforce Add-On
It's time to configure your Gravity Forms Salesforce Add-On now that the installation is complete.
Enter the WordPress administration dashboard.
Visit the menu located on the left side of the page.
Go to "Forms" and then select "Settings."
Go to the page's "Salesforce" tab.
Then include a fresh account.
4. Feed Conception for the Gravity Forms Salesforce Add-On
The left side menu will open. Select "Forms."
Choose whichever form you want to use with Salesforce.
To start a new feed, go to "Settings."
You'll see a page for setting up your feeds.
To the form fields in Gravity Forms, map the necessary Salesforce fields.
By selecting the "Send to Salesforce" button, you can submit your test entry to Salesforce CRM.
To check the status of your previously sent entries, navigate to "Settings" and then "Salesforce Logs."
